I love making pies but the crust from scratch will NOT happen in my house! I mean, the Pillsbury crust is seriously so good and tastes homemade so why go through the extra steps? Plus, I love this recipe because I am a fan of the crisp topping rather than more pie crust....of course I always double the topping for 1 pie 😊

Sure you can just Google "Oreo Rice Krispie treats" but this is above the rest....hint: Butter 😉 I have adapted the recipe to my liking so this is not the exact rendition of it's original. Read MoreI LOVE key lime pie and never knew it until I met my hubby. We had the biggest piece I have ever seen and quite possibly the best I have ever had at a fun little Chicago restaurant. I wish I could remember the name of that place! After that perfect little date I have tried and tried to make a key lime pie without much success until this little recipe came along. I was at a cooking class and this was perfect ending to class.
