I love me some creme brule and I find myself trying it from just about every resturant that has it. So far my favorite has been the vanilla bean from Trostel's Dish, a local resturant with huge flavor and even better martinis! Go there! I struggle to find recipes for just two people and when I found this, I made it and loved it even more.
