Fine Time for Wine-Southern Glazers
/Do you ever go to the grocery store because you need to pick out a bottle of wine for an event, a gift or maybe you are hosting something and have no freaking idea what to get because you either don't drink or you don't have that kind of time to try out every single bottle on the market? Well let me help you out a little! I love my wine. I love my champagne and I love finding new ones that I can add to my repertoire. I have partnered up with Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits here in Urbandale, Iowa to bring to you some new wines to try the next time you are out and about or at the grocery store. The best part is that if your local store or resturant does not carry the brands that I suggest, request it so they can get it in for you to try!! Just keep asking 😊 If you are local, you can grab these at HyVee and around the metro! The Grammy's are coming up and so I have picked out this Chardonnay because it is my hubby's favorite and how cute is the name! It is also under $15. This would be great in a gift basket, or a great addition to a themed party! I love this wine with salmon.
Valentines Day, Galentines Day, whatever kind of a day you want it to be, this next wine is my favorite! I really really love the bottle but it also tastes so yummy! I have never seen a glass cork until this and I think even Lisa Vanderpump would agree that this bottle is sexy! This is a great centerpiece for anything girls night. Smooth, light flavor and great for sipping. $15-17 price range and a total must have!
My newest Champagne love is this Luxe Luc Belaire. It is actually noted as a sparkling wine but made in France. Honestly the bottle sold me at first since I was looking for something cute and "rich" looking! haha. Normally I love Chandon anything but this is right up there with taste! It will set you back about $40 a bottle. DJ Kahled loves it too if you were wanting to bring out your inner rapper 😏 Also comes in Rare Brut and Rose!
My next pick is Motto Gung Ho, a red blend, but do not be discouraged as this wine has amazing body and the bottle states notes of blueberry pie and I totally agree! Go ahead, swirl that glass and take a sniff, you will look and feel like a pro. The bottle is contemporary and great with a cheese tray and at $10-$15 buy two bottles!
All in all, nothing beats a good ol' Cabernet for me. A classic and favorite among many. Bring this bottle anywhere and people are sure to love it. Steak and dark chocolate are my favorite pairings for this Cab. $19
