How to Shop with LiketoKnow.it

First off it is a huge honor to be apart of LiketoKNOW.it and I love being able to bring new things to you on a daily basis and share my style, sales and basically my life with all of you! I appreciate every one of you that is following along because you all inspire me to do more and bring better content each time! So thank you!!

Des Moines, where I live, is not really a huge fashion hub....yet, but it is up and coming and in a few short years, I think this will eventually take over our social media and everyone will know what it is and how to shop the styles they find! If you are not into fashion, which is totally fine, they also have Liketoknow.it home, family and travel posts too! So you are not just signing up to shop clothing! If you see a post and like a rug, it may be linked for you to shop.

Now lets get you signed up! It is FREE and you can control your emails, alerts and well hopefully your spending too. Haha! 

Start by signing up HERE and it will look like something the photo below.

Click the sign up button! Then it will take you to this screen:

Fill out the sign up page and click submit! Remember, if you want to change and alter email settings, like how often you want to receive them, do that on your computer since it is in the settings and you are unable to do them from a mobile device.

Once you are all signed up, next step is to download the App! Make sure you search LIKEtoKNOW.it and not Reward Style! The Reward Style app is for the influencers like me! The App looks like the very first one on the image below!

Now you are ready to start shopping your Instagram feed! I love it when people do #FollowFridays because that is how I learn about new fashionistas to follow and the more I follow, the more inspired I am! If you are not sure if you are following "shopable" images, just search the hashtags on your Instagram. 

Common hashtags for Shopable links are:

#LTKtravel, #LTKstyletip, #LTKshoecrush, #LTKunder50, #LTKunder100, #liketkit, #LTKhome, #LTKfamily, #LTKbump (pregnancy style), #LTKbaby, #LTKkids

Also make sure you are following @liketoknow.it, @liketoknow.it.family, and @liketoknow.it.home on Instagram and @liketoknow.it.Europe too!

Once you start following people and start liking photos, you will open up your App on your smartphone and it will look something like the image below. From here just click on one of the photos to start shopping!

From here, just click on what you loved and it will take you directly to that website and pull up that item! Choose your size and color if that option is available and add it to your cart! I told you it was super easy!! This is @teacherfashionista and she was the first one who pulled up, so lucky her!! She is a total sweetheart! Sometimes we are unable to find the exact products we are wearing since items sell out or are older than 1 year old, so we will link very similar items or even designer knock offs for you to shop!

Fill the Cart Friday- AEO

Sitting here in sunny San Diego finishing up this post for your guys! You know I love me some American Eagle and there is a sale, online only, through this Saturday using the code OCTOBER. If you are new to Fill the Cart Fridays, I started them to help you fill up a cart from the same store since I post random outfits over on my IG account daily at @ladyandredstyle! So click the blue links below the photos, choose your size or color and simply add to your shopping cart! 

CABLE KNIT- Everyone loves a good sweater and this one comes in 6 colors and is perfect for layering a plaid shirt underneath!

DISTRESSED DENIM- These are a tad high rise and I think the destruction is perfect since it has the fabric still on it. Us Iowa gals need the extra warmth! Haha and I am pretty much a sucker for AE denim.

PLAID SHIRT- If you don't have one of these, a plaid shirt, in your closet, buy one now. This one is super soft and comes in 13 color choices. Great for layering over or under and yet so classic.

BALL CAP- Ummm for every Monday, Sunday or everyday in between. We all need a hat for those awful hair days! This one is super cute and also comes in 2 other graphic prints.

CHENILLE CARDI- The coziest cardi and comes in 3 neutral colors to go with everything this Fall and Winter season. Scoop one up before they are gone!

FAUX LEATHER JACKET- This wine color is so great to pair with anything basic to make it pop! It also comes in black if you don't already have a black one, buy black first because it will never go out of style!

Fill the Cart Friday- Express

All good things come to those who wait...unlike me 😬 You now can shop these looks 40% off so hurry and fill your carts! SHEER TOP- I love this top paired with a faux leather skirt or just jeans for a ladies night out! Super sexy and comfy too!

SWEATER TUNIC- This sweater has great colors! It does run a touch big so I sized down to an XS. It is the perfect length to cover the booty in leggings too!

GRAPHIC TANK- Super cute under a cardi or a leather jacket! So on trend right now. 

FAUX LEATHER SKIRT- This comes in 3 colors and I love the zipper detail on it giving it more of an edgy look. Dress it up with a girlie floral top, the sheer top mentioned above, or an oversized sweater! 

LEGGINGS- My favorite black legging by far! I buy like 2 pairs of these each year! They are comfortable and not see through!

SWEATER- The color alone is enough to buy this, but it also comes in 3 other colors and it is reversible!! Super cute and versatile! A total must.

CAMI- A closet basic that you need. Comes in a lot of other colors but it is the best piece to wear under big cardigans! I love this rust color.

BLOUSE- This mock neck blouse is a total win. Lightweight and looks amazing with pretty much anything! This was my most requested link from my Instastory try on session!

Now I am off to finish packing as we head out bright and early in the morning, and my outfit tomorrow is actually a super cute bell sleeve cardigan from Express linked HERE so don't forget to scoop it up!
